Sometimes I get genuinely concerned people signing up to my 100% free Christian dating service (our UK site is here) telling me they are very worried about what I may do with their data, and some even (somewhat understandably in these times of Internet pirates, cookies and never-ending data tracking on every site you visit) accuse me of things I would never dream of doing a) because most companies these days are in fact abusing people’s data and b) nobody does anything for free right? Well nearly right – I do!
Fusion101 has and always will be kept free because I set it up to help Christians – not hinder them – to help them meet a partner – not flog their data or turn them into merchandise. I have put my heart and soul into it and nearly lost the lot with stress but now it’s becoming really useful again as it once was (i had a period of 8 years or so where I was unable to improve the service – I won’t go into why).
Why you do need to think 3 times about using most social networks & search engines
Now let’s take a look at some of the information that the sites that people who complain at me for taking their name and part of their address (which I do for the security of other members – and which is NOT visible to other members or companies) use quite happily with no fear whatsoever and see what should really concern them.
I love God, Christ, The Bible. art, painting, playing music, improvising music, guitar (first instrument), drumming (not very good at it:), and anything musical or art related.
