Russia, America, China – have nothing on the one who sustains their every move, loves their good deeds and hates their follies. The one super-power that exists in the cosmos is the Holy Spirit – God – the one who created everything. It’s always worth sitting back and remembering this sometimes when we sit in awe of ‘powerful’ people like Putin, Clinton, Trump. The fact is, these people have learned to master, or have been given – for a time at least – the illusion of having power. An it’s an illusion because any power that can be removed at any time, is not real power at all.
‘Powerful’ people in reality are merely custodians of that power for a time, and have been given it according to the will of God – be they good or bad – all things are in His hands and make up His tapestry to ensure that His prophecies and His will come to pass to prove that He is the one true God. He tells us in The Bible that we can know the true super-power (God) from the false ones as only the real God can foretell in advance what the future holds – not like a soothsayer, but like one who created all, is outside matter/time and actually knows the beginning from the end. And only God can know that. There is only ONE super-power.
