The Gospel of Jesus Christ is utter simplicity – so simple a child can understand it; believe on Jesus – believe that he died for your sins and that God raised him from the dead and you will be saved – that’s it – nothing more – nothing less! Of course only those that earnestly seek and love God can believe this – those that search for and love whatever is truth (even if we don’t know all the truth that s not the point – we must love and search for it always and The Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth as we do) will be given this gift of faith.
The things of God are pure and simple – not complicated, mysterious and dark
Men, church bodies and their doctrines and rituals, so numerous and so confusing to the general public and all but the top levels of initiated men – the learned few even understand them, have indeed created a Great Mystery. Revelation speaks of this mystery and it’s up to you to discover exactly what that mystery is (I have my own beliefs after much study). The mystery it speaks of is called Babylon – the place or entity where ever or what ever that might be – either way it is a place of endless doctrines of confusion that make naive men and women who have not done what the Bible commands of them – to study God’s word and the history of the church believe a lie and live in darkness. Yes God himself is a mystery to us until He removes the veil – but the doctrines and practices of His church here on earth should not be – or how would children be saved? Didn’t Jesus say we must come to him as children? Enter The other Great Mystery – or the great confusion to put it a better way, at your peril.
