One is black and one is red. When you put them onto the motor the motor fires up and runs great. All you have to do is remember not to cross the wires as if you do, you might not only get unexpected results not described in the safety guidelines they came with, but if you do cross them, either by accident or on purpose sparks will fly.
You run the risk (if you don’t uncross them quickly) burning out the motor and replacing it might not be possible or cost effective for the owner. The other problem is the risk of fire that may result as a result of crossing the wires causing the entire car to catch fire, and may even spread to the cars and property all around it and the owner thereof.., not forgetting the risk posed to bystanders and passers by. So remember, when operating anything, wether it’s man-made or God given – always read the operation manual that came with it for correct instructions on how to use it safely!
