I would seek to undermine and corrupt the serious Christian’s foundation, and his or her No.1 source of spiritual food and inspiration – The Bible! You might as well forget everything else, because if you can mess with this – you’ve messed with the whole thing and caused their whole faith to be on shaky and questionable ground.
But note, I would make sure my changes was so subtle as to be imperceptible to the person who was not on their guard, so that one subtle untruth or miss worded sentence will lead to another – compounding and affecting their thoughts, faith in the Bible and eventually God Himself until it eventually affects their behaviour, and the Christian them self ends up doing the work of corrupting themselves and world for you, with you hardly having to lift a finger.
And so what does Jesus tell us over and over and over and over?; “see to it that you are not deceived.” Perhaps we need to question if all translations are the same, and who and how each one was carried out. Don’t despair though, there is one Bible translation that was carried out in the best possible way – they way that The Bible itself recommends – by a large group of people all accountable to one another and their king (him being wise enough to know that all men – even biblical scholars and learned men are corrupt so special measured were needed to translate something as special as the Bible), so as to make a purposed error of one translator stand out like a sore thumb to the others, and cause all the translators to stay in line and not follow their own agendas – and agendas they all had! Genius! No other Bible translation was done in this way – and it was the only one I might add – that was not translated and printed for the financial profit of the printing house. Every translation since has required in order to be printed for sale, a copyright – which may only be obtained by changing the text from all other translations to a high enough degree regardless of which translation or wording would actually be best. Wow!
I’ll let you guess which Bible that was. Sure you can read any Bible translation you want – but don’t expect men NOT to have tampered with all but one of them – the one that I mentioned above. I hope you enjoyed this article!
I love God, Christ, The Bible. art, painting, playing music, improvising music, guitar (first instrument), drumming (not very good at it:), and anything musical or art related.
