Whoever you think is right, The Bible sure was right – exactly right in it’s prediction that all the nations would come together and conspire to at best subdue Israel. The Bible uses more explicit terms and says; “that the name of Israel is no more.”
The question I have, is; is it Israel really dislike, or dislike for the God that Israel claims is behind them? I Believe it is likely the latter and similar to many people’s dislike for Christians, that no one much cares about Israel, Jews or Christians themselves – what threat are they – those who if they were to follow their creed to the letter and be so-called ‘extreme’, would turn the other cheek to insults to the extreme as the Bible commands.
It’s not about Israel. They like every other people and nation are far from perfect as The Bible makes no attempt to hide. No, it’s all about the God they serve, his laws and statutes – this is the real problem most people and nations have with Israel.
