Am I off base to think it’s a little unwise of Obe Wan to tell Luke to use God? I mean I know various prosperity teachers will happily tell you to tap into the ‘positive force’ that they tell you is ‘god’ – and to use it for your own material gain (which I’ve no doubt God will sometimes fulfil to our own demise as He promises to give us the desires of our hearts – yep – prosperity can make it almost impossible to connect with God and receive what is really important – His grace) so be careful what you wish for and what kind of ‘force’ you want to pray to and ‘use’ and who that force might actually be!
