It’s true, it his writings he tells the church (there is a letter addressed as being from; ‘He Who’, after commending the good things about the church he is talking to I add, to sort out their issues and problems. Otherwise the church is mis-representing himself and his father and he will have to close down the church and remove the lamp stand as the light is being coloured, distorted and changed. It’s almost a supernatural law that things that are not of God can go on for a time, but eventually they tend to self destruct. Just look at all tyrants and dictators and businesses and prosperity churches with less than good motives that eventually fold after a period of flourishing (success is never a sign you are in God’s will – even evil men can do well for a times). But since Christ made all things, it is him who is ultimately in control.
So whilst the Bible tells us; “who can make a crooked stick straight?” indicating that for men it’s impossible – it’s clear that Jesus can, and that he is in the recycling and reforming business as well as the closure business. Note, Jesus rarely if ever said; “go to the church down the road.” Please make every effort to get along with your brethren in love and peace – i.e do not create bitterness and wrangling and infighting as this will do more damage even to the possibly already weak faith of onlookers than those involved in the church infighting, who are usually dealing with their own issues of pride, and clean up all things in your own life and in your churches life.
I love God, Christ, The Bible. art, painting, playing music, improvising music, guitar (first instrument), drumming (not very good at it:), and anything musical or art related.
